1. Information collected

Local game data. Scores, stars, unlocked themes and looks, booster inventory, daily and weekly challenge progress, reward receipts, pending revives and settings are stored on your device. Bumper Lab has no player login or game-save server. Game saves are excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer.

Optional reminders. If you enable daily reminders, your selected time, reminder preference and last notification day are stored on your device and excluded from backup and transfer. Reminders use local scheduling and local daily-goal progress; no remote notification server is used.

Usage analytics. Google Analytics for Firebase collects app usage and interaction events, session information, an app-instance identifier, and information such as app version, device model, operating system, language and approximate geographic information. This helps us understand how the app is used. Analytics collection is enabled in this version. We disable Advertising ID collection and advertising personalization signals in the Analytics SDK.

Crash diagnostics. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash and diagnostic reports, including stack traces, app and device state, app and operating-system versions, timestamps and installation identifiers. Analytics events may appear as breadcrumbs in crash reports. Crash reporting is enabled in this version.

Advertising and consent. Google AdMob, Google Play services and Google’s User Messaging Platform may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostic information and privacy choices. Their processing depends on consent, region, device settings and the applicable service configuration. Disabling Advertising ID collection in Analytics does not disable advertising identifiers in AdMob.

Bumper Lab does not ask for your name, email or a player profile. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location access. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and information you choose to send.

2. How information is used

  • Save your progress, settings and earned rewards on your device.
  • Send a quiet reminder about unfinished daily goals at your chosen time, if you enable reminders and allow notifications.
  • Understand app usage and improve gameplay and usability.
  • Investigate crashes, reliability issues and performance problems.
  • Show ads, grant optional ad rewards and handle applicable privacy choices.
  • Respond to support requests and comply with applicable obligations.

Ordinary gameplay and new-run retries do not require watching a rewarded ad. Optional rewarded ads can grant stars, a booster charge, a one-run cosmetic trial or one eligible revive. Permanent looks and booster charges can also be earned through play. Gameplay remains available when ads or network services are unavailable.

3. Third-party services

Google operates the following services used by the app. Information sent to these services is processed under their applicable terms and privacy policies and may be processed outside your country.

This policy page is served by Firebase Hosting, which may process network information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the page. The page does not use analytics scripts, cookies or externally loaded fonts.

4. Children’s privacy

Bumper Lab is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app or support, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where possible.

5. Data retention

Game saves remain on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Daily and weekly goals rotate using the device’s local date; bounded reward histories are retained to avoid duplicate claims.

Analytics data follows the retention settings of the Google Analytics property and Google’s applicable retention policies. Aggregated reports may be retained longer than event-level information. Crashlytics retains crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems, as described in Firebase’s privacy documentation.

Advertising and consent data follow the relevant Google service policies. Support emails are retained as needed to address your request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

6. Your rights and choices

  • Daily reminders: reminders start disabled. Enable them, choose a time or turn them off in Bumper Lab’s Settings. You can also control notification permission in Android settings. Turning reminders off cancels scheduled reminders and removes the existing reminder notification.
  • Advertising privacy: where Google requires it, open Settings → Privacy choices in Bumper Lab to review or update your ad consent. Android settings also provide advertising ID and ad privacy controls; their names vary by device and Android version.
  • Local game data: clear Bumper Lab’s storage or uninstall the app to remove its local save. This removes your local progress and rewards. It does not automatically delete information already processed by third-party services.
  • Access, correction or deletion: contact us at flashdev95@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw applicable consent.

We do not connect analytics or crash installation identifiers to a named player account. This may limit our ability to identify a specific person’s reports. We will explain what we can locate and address your request under applicable law. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

Local saves use Android’s app storage protections. Communications with Firebase and Google advertising services use their SDKs and transport protections. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or its services change. The current policy is available through the app’s Privacy policy link and on this page. We update the date at the top and provide additional notice when required.
